Full-time

Our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes follow an American curriculum, but also follow the guidelines of the Greek Ministry of Education.

Our program is student based and consists of a combination of classroom and outdoor inquiry-based activities. The goal of our program is to meet each student’s individual learning, social, emotional and developmental needs in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our small groups of maximum 15 students per grade level, enable each child to reach his/her full potential at his/her own pace, and with the full assistance of our highly- qualified educators.

The Details

Young students love to learn and are constantly absorbing information from their environment. Our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten program focuses on developmentally appropriate theme based learning in a nurturing atmosphere and environment. There are many opportunities for hands on exploration that help introduce children to concepts such as math, science, language arts, and social studies. Children will be introduced to a more structured environment while also having the opportunity to explore at their own pace. They will continue to strengthen social, cognitive, language, self-help, fine motor, and gross motor skills. Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will work on refining previously acquired skills while developing new skills needed for Elementary School.
The curriculum is taught exclusively in English and includes Literacy (Reading and Writing), Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Music, Technology, and Physical Education. Greek is taught as a Foreign Language and the activities are differentiated based on each student’s level (native/non- native speakers.)
